For Rare and Rare set items:

 

All set items looted will go to their intended class (no priests will be able to loot magistar gear if a mage is present).  All blue items that are not needed by any raid members will be Dissenchanted and put into the guild bank store for future use. 

 

If there are 2 players of a given class present and one is less than lvl 60, the lvl 60 of that class will receive the set loot if they need.  This is in place not to discourage low lvl players from joining but rather to ease the suffering of lvl 60's who have waited very patiently for their loot to drop.  Dont worry lvl 59's and below, your time for set gear will come.  If you are a trial member you will also be restricted on set loots.
